As part of the Office of Special Education Programs' Continuous Improvement Monitoring process, parent surveys will be collected. OSEP has asked each state's Parent Training Center (PRO-Parents in SC) to collect and tabulate results of a parent survey on Part C and Part B services. As a reminder, South Carolina's visit is scheduled for the week beginning October 31, 2011.

These parent surveys are anonymous and will not be linked to a district. They will not be used for the purpose of issuing findings.

 

The surveys are in Spanish and English. Please use the link to the surveys on PRO-Parents website under the Quick Links on the right. Paper copies are available through PRO-Parents. Surveys will be received through October 1, 2011.
